Yes please! We have cleats against the retaining wall that will keep your boat secure within the canal.

Yes, dogs only. With a non refundable pet deposit of $150 per pet your dog can come live that lake life too!
Please pick up after your pet and do not leave pet unattended indoors or on the porch.

Yes! Right next door we have a second home. The Cozy Lakeside Cabin. This three bedroom home with a bonus game room, is also a rental. Combined the property has three docks, one private canal, and plenty of space to roam.

Please keep in mind that we strive to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere and kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting your fellow guests, neighbors, and the property. You are responsible for ensuring that your guests adhere to the property rules.
Please be advised that if you plan to host additional guests beyond the maximum capacity (8 guests) we kindly ask that you notify us in advance. There is a fee for hosting to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety during your stay.

“Our first time at Micha’s place, but not the last!! We’ve found our Lake Santa Fe vacation spot. This property has everything you could want. The house is gorgeous. Brand new everything, beautiful furnishings, comfy beds, spacious rooms, very well equip kitchen. There is plenty of parking for our truck and boat trailer. The canal provided a safe and secure place to keep our boat in the water. Great beach for swimming. Micah is hands down the best host we’ve ever had. He was so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to return for a longer stay.”

“Spectacularly peaceful! This home perfectly captures “old Florida” vibes with the giant mossy cypress trees along the walk to the dock and gorgeous lake views. There is an amazing play ground for kids right down the road, an 8 minute drive to Dunkin’ Donuts, 4 minutes form the grocery store, and less than 40 minutes from Gainsville. This place was just perfectly located. Micha was an excellent host with speedy responses. We caught some massive Bowfins, long-nose gar and some bass. Has the best time visiting family nearby. We will definitely be back!
